Privacy policy
What we collect, why, with whom, for how long, and your rights.
Data entered in the forms is used only to answer your request and, if you agree, to inform you about our developments. It is hosted with Supabase and emails are sent by Resend. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

Data collected
Information entered in our forms: identity, contact details, project (budget, horizon, villa), language, and the page you write from. Calculators store your assumptions to send you a report.

Purposes
Answering your request, sending the guide or report you asked for, arranging a call and, with your consent, keeping you informed about our programmes. No resale or transfer of data.

Processors
Supabase Inc. (database, Paris region), Resend Inc. (e-mail delivery), Netlify Inc. (hosting). Each acts on our instructions under its GDPR commitments.

Retention
Three years after your last exchange with us, then deletion or anonymisation. Accounting data linked to a reservation follows statutory periods.

Audience measurement
First-party analytics without third-party cookies: per-tab session id, IP address never stored, location rounded to the city. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel run only after your explicit consent.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability: write to maroc@swissprohub.com. We answer within one month. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
