Which investor are you?

Six questions, two minutes: a profile and a tailored reading of our guides, calculators and pages.

Your profile

The resident

You are buying a place to live first: weeks in Marrakech, a garden, a pool, the Atlas behind. Yield is a bonus, not a condition. What matters: the area, the plot size, build quality and a clear ownership framework.

The income investor

Your villa has to produce income. You will look at nightly rate, real occupancy, the property manager and furnished-rental tax before architecture. What matters: prudent assumptions and a net-net calculation.

The wealth builder

You diversify: a tangible asset, in full ownership, in a stable currency, transferable. What matters: the land title, the convertibility guarantee, cross-border tax with your country of residence, and structuring.

The cycle investor

You buy before 2030 for a reason: high-speed rail, the airport, the World Cup. What matters: separating what is documented from what is promised, setting an exit horizon, and testing three scenarios rather than one.
